In a recent poll conducted by the Atlanta Bar Association, lawyers were asked to rank the qualifications of Judge Edlein and her two challengers.





Judge Susan Edlein is committed to serving the citizens of Fulton County with integrity and fairness.

On the State Court, Judge Edlein presides over criminal cases below the grade of felony and civil actions regardless of the amount in controversy. Fulton County Judges are elected in county-wide non-partisan elections. Judge Edlein has a contested election and asks for your vote on November 4.

With a strong legal record in cases of business disputes and civil litigation, Judge Susan Edlein brings unique experience to Fulton County's State Court. As an attorney, Susan Edlein represented both individuals and businesses in disputes. She was often recognized for her work in business litigation. Since becoming our Judge on Fulton County's State Court, Judge Edlein has relied on that experience to quickly resolve and move cases through the Court -- which ultimately saves money and legal fees for both the taxpayers and litigants.
